For many employers and employees, building up performance file/dossier sounds like a negative thing. However, it does not have to be that way. Ideally, performance management is a continuous process: after all, every employee is entitled to both positive and negative feedback, in order to grow and know where they stand. An employer must steer and lead; managers must be clear about what is expected and provide sufficient guidance when needed. Poor performance management can lead to dissatisfied and/or underperforming employees, but also to difficult discussions, a lot of lost management time and high costs.

This training ensures that you have the legal framework in view, but especially that you can work with it on a daily basis. We give you a practical reference book with handy step-by-step plans and checklists.

Prior to the training, we will ask you about your goals and expectations, to ensure that you get the most out of the training.
