So many people, so many opinions. That is why conflicts regularly arise in the workplace. Between managers and employees, for instance after a bad evaluation or a difficult reintegration process. But also between employees. As an HR professional, you are often the first point of contact. If parties fail to resolve a conflict despite your efforts, mediation can be a good next step. But what is mediation exactly and when do you use it? Can the employer or employee refuse a request for mediation? What role does mediation play in case of dismissal/building a case? And how to prepare for mediation?
The training ensures that you have a clear picture of the legal framework and process, that you develop your mediation skills and above all that you achieve the best results from mediation in practice.
Prior to the training, we will ask you about your goals and expectations, to ensure that you get the most out of it. There is a lot of time and space for interaction and for discussing your own cases and questions. Do you have a case that you would like to discuss? Send it to us in advance! Experience shows that the training is also a great way to meet like-minded people from the same field, to learn from each other and to inspire each other.
