Simon has been a lawyer since 2007 at his former office Kennedy Van der Laan. Not only does he bring years of experience in the field of labour law, he also has specialist knowledge of the Standards for Remuneration Act (Wet Normering Topinkomens) and is a MfN-registered mediator.
