Reorganising a business can be a far-reaching and sometimes difficult process. As an HR professional you are often closely involved in this process. Experience shows that good preparation pays off. A careful process helps to create a basis of support for any employee representation and contributes to the acceptance of the reorganisation by both redundant employees as well as employees that stay. Finally, a careful process is also important if it proves necessary to request a dismissal permit from the UWV. What does a careful process look like? What steps must be taken? And in what order?
The training ensures that you have a clear picture of the legal framework and process, and above all that you can use them in practice. In this training we give an overview of laws and regulations, do’s & don’ts and especially many practical tips.
Prior to the training, we will ask you about your goals and expectations, so that we can make sure you get the most out of it. There is plenty of time and space for interaction and to discuss your own cases and questions. Do you have a case that you would like to discuss? Send it to us in advance! Experience shows that the training is also a great way to meet like-minded people from the same field, to learn from each other and to inspire each other.

The training takes place at Marble at our office at SPACES Amstel in Amsterdam with 4 to 10 participants.

COSTS & ENROLMENT
The costs for this course at SPACES (including location, drinks & lunch) are EUR 500 ex VAT per person. If you bring someone along, e.g. a colleague, you will both receive EUR 100 discount and pay EUR 400 ex vat per person.
